Case Evaluation

Whether you are the plaintiff or the defendant, I can review the details of your dispute to help you understand the important issues and devise a plan for resolving your dispute. Flat rates for an initial case analysis start at $1,000.

File Complaint

I generally must ask for an advanced fee deposit of at least $3,500 before we file a formal complaint, and sometimes we must ask for considerably more. But I’m happy to quote a flat rate for your particular complaint, that starts at $1,250.
